For international orders, you may be charged Duties and Taxes for packages depending on your country's customs.
Currently, our standard shipping option covers duties and taxes for the following countries:
United States, Germany, France, United Kingdom, Spain, Canada, and Belgium.
Please note: If you select UPS Express, FedEx, or DHL, duties and taxes may still apply upon delivery, even to the above destinations.
All orders are shipped to the address provided by the customer at checkout. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that all shipping details—including recipient name, street address, apartment or suite number, city, state, ZIP/postal code, and phone number—are complete and accurate at the time of purchase.
We are not responsible for packages that are lost, delayed, or misdelivered due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer. Once an order has been placed, we are unable to make changes to the shipping address.
If a package is marked as delivered by the carrier but not received, the customer is responsible for contacting the shipping carrier or the final delivery facility (e.g., freight forwarding service, mail room, or concierge). We are happy to assist with supporting documentation for any claims filed with the carrier.
Return Policy
Order Cancellations
Please note that we do not accept order cancellations under any circumstances once an order has been placed. This includes in-stock, pre-order, and made-to-order items. Please double-check your order details before confirming your purchase.
Return Authorization
You can return for store credit within 7 days of delivery for full-priced items. Please reach out to us promptly at hi@taottao.net to obtain return authorization.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse returns for items that show signs of damage or wear.
You must provide us with a tracking number for your return package.
Unidentified returns may be returned to the sender.
Custom-made and made-to-measure orders are NON returnable.
All items purchased during sales are final sale and cannot be refunded.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for items that have been used, stained, or emit odors of any kind.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be sent to your email within 3-7 business days.
Shipping Cost
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Please note that taottao is not responsible for any returns or exchanges that fail to reach us. We highly advise you to obtain proof of postage in the form of a tracking number and keep the receipt and details.
Condition of Returned Items
Items should be returned as received and in their original packaging. Any packages returned damaged or in poor condition will not be refunded. Please include your packing slip in your return shipment and mark this as a return.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, please note we are unable to accept returns for pierced jewelry or swimwear. Sale items are not eligible for return. Only regular-priced items may be refunded.
