In stock items are shipped in 1-3 days.

Pre-order items takes between 1-6 weeks to be made depending on the item, please see product description for details.

Orders are shipped from Shenzhen, China 

For international orders, you may be charged Duties and Taxes for packages depending on your country's customs. 

Delivery methods and costs will depend on weight and size of package specified by your order.


Free worldwide standard shipping over $500 USD only applies to Standard shipping, NOT DHL express. If you select DHL with free shipping discount it will still be shipped via standard shipping. 

Countries with only DHL express shipping options are not eligible for this discount. 

Return Policy


Return Authorization

You can return for store credit within 7 days of delivery for full-priced items. Please reach out to us promptly at to obtain return authorization.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse returns for items that show signs of damage or wear.

You must provide us with a tracking number for your return package.

Unidentified returns may be returned to the sender.

A restocking fee of 15% may apply to all returns.

Custom-made and made-to-measure orders are NON returnable.

All items purchased during sales are final sale and cannot be refunded.


We do not accept returns or exchanges for items that have been used, stained, or emit odors of any kind.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 3-7 business days.


Shipping Cost

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Please note that taottao is not responsible for any returns or exchanges that fail to reach us. We highly advise you to obtain proof of postage in the form of a tracking number and keep the receipt and details.


Condition of Returned Items

Items should be returned as received and in their original packaging. Any packages returned damaged or in poor condition will not be refunded. Please include your packing slip in your return shipment and mark this as a return.


Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, please note we are unable to accept returns for pierced jewelry or swimwear. Sale items are not eligible for return. Only regular-priced items may be refunded.
